Here's the decision from the Arizona Court of Appeals. A minor miracle, the taxpayers of Pima win. This has to do with a dodgy deal that was done to support Bronson in 2016 re-election bid vs. Kim DeMarco. This was and is a loser deal for the taxpayers of Pima County.
